Epiroc wins large mining equipment order in Australia

Epiroc has won an order from Rio Tinto for mining equipment to be used in the company’s iron ore mines in the Pilbara region in Australia.
Rio Tinto operates a highly advanced integrated network of iron ore mines in Pilbara in Western Australia. To support this network, the company has ordered several Pit Viper 271 and SmartROC D65 drill rigs.
The order exceeds SEK 130 million in value and was booked in 1Q21.
