MCA submits comment on Draft National Light Pollution Guidelines for Wildlife

The Minerals Council of Australia appreciates the opportunity to provide comment on the Draft National Light Pollution Guidelines for Wildlife. The MCA supports greater clarity for users of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) process to enhance consistency, administrative efficiency and conservation outcomes for Australia’s native fauna.
This submission is supported by and was developed in consultation with The Chamber of Minerals and Energy of Western Australia, the Queensland Resources Council and the New South Wales Minerals Council.
