Maptek has opened new offices in Mexico that will offer greater space to meet customers, provide more training and adapt to operational growth.
Maptek’s Mexico City office has moved to a new location in the upscale district of Polanco, while the Hermosillo team is now stationed in Lomas Pitic.
National Director Mexico and the Caribbean Operations Alberto Ramírez said: “The new office is located in an exclusive and safe area in Mexico City, providing comfortable facilities to carry out demonstrations and welcome clients. Our new space has more than triple the capacity and includes two separate areas which can host 20 people for meetings or training, allowing us to conduct two courses at a time.”
“Our Hermosillo staff will also have more space to receive clients and provide better support, hold training, meetings and demonstrations or just catch up for a chat,” Ramírez added.
Ramírez manages a team of two senior technical services engineers, a solutions engineer and an administrative assistant in Mexico City, as well as two technical services engineers and a business development professional who work in the Hermosillo branch. He credited his hard-working teams for achieving outstanding results last year.
“The year 2017 was the best period of Maptek Mexico – business exceeded our expectations,” he said. “We managed to increase sales of Vulcan, I-Site and Sentry and our clients consider us their first option to provide excellent software, hardware and support solutions.”
“We aim to continue this growth in 2018. We aim to keep showcasing the benefits of all Maptek solutions, with a special emphasis on Sentry and Evolution,” he concluded. “As part of this plan, our clients will have the opportunity to participate in an Evolution workshop this week in Hermosillo to learn about the advantages of using the dynamic scheduling solution.”
