Leaching started at Mexus’ Santa Elena mine

Mexus Gold US announced that leaching has started on 9000 t of mineralised material at its Santa Elena mine in Caborca, Sonora State, Mexico. The company expects this initial leaching to yield approximately 100 oz. of gold.
Mexus President Paul Thompson added: “All elements of the companies mining systems are now in place which will allow for continuous operation with steady production.”
