Hexagon has launched its mine monitoring services, an enhanced layer of expert oversight available across the company's broad portfolio of solutions.
Customers can now gain insight into all aspects of their operations by employing complementary and premium mine monitoring services for planning, (HxGN MinePlan) operations, (HxGN MineOperate) safety, (HxGN MineProtect) and enterprise, (HxGN MineEnterprise) portfolios.
"Whether you are a mine operator or a member of the management team, knowing the status of all aspects of your operation is critical,” said Adam Savage, Vice President of Services and Support.
“Mine monitoring services is integral to Hexagon, being a life-of-mine partner to its customers and helping them to maximise their investment in our solutions.”
“Partnering with Hexagon experts, customers can now monitor and control all aspects of their operation easily and from one location.”
Savage said the service will continue to improve and will cover everything from fatigue monitoring to system and database usage to enterprise reporting and more.
“We will provide monitoring services and regional monitoring centres supported by a global network of monitoring specialists – everywhere our customers need us to be!”
Savage was speaking at HxGN LOCAL Mining Tucson, a four day seminar that is part of the company's global learning series and held at Tucson Marriott University Park Hotel.
HxGN LOCAL Mining Tucson ends Wednesday. The seminar series concludes with a digital version of the event on 12 December.
