Hindustan Zinc and Normet sign four-year service contract

Normet and Hindustan Zinc Ltd have signed a comprehensive four-year cost per hour (CPH) service contract covering all Normet equipment in Hindustan Zinc Ltd’s mines in Rajasthan, India.

The value of the contract will be approximately €60 million over the four years’ time. Operational and service improvements are part of the contract. Additionally, Normet has built a new service centre in Jaipur. Development of services and training of both Hindustan Zinc and Normet staff is also included.
