Trilogy Metals appoints new directors

Metals exploration company Trilogy Metals Inc. (Trilogy Metals) has announced that yesterday shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held in Vancouver.
The nominees listed in the management proxy circular for the meeting were all elected as directors.
The newly-appointed directors are: Tony Giardini, William Hayden, William Hensley, Gregory Lang, Kalidas Madhavpeddi, Gerald McConnell, Janice Stairs, Rick Van Nieuwenhuyse and Diana Walters.
