SSR Mining acquires over 8 million shares in SilverCrest Metals

SSR Mining Inc. (SSR Mining) has completed the transaction with SilverCrest Metals Inc. (SilverCrest) to purchase, by way of private placement, 8 220 645 common shares of SilverCrest at a price of CAN$3.73 per common share for total consideration of CAN$30 663 006.
This transaction was previously announced in SSR Mining's news release dated 29 November 2018.
