U.S. Gold Corp. has announced that Ewan Downie and Mario Stifano have joined its newly established advisory board.
Downie has over 25 years of experience in the exploration and mining industry and is the current President, CEO, and Director at Premier Gold Mines Ltd and Chairman of the Board at Wolfden Resources Corp.
Stifano CPA, CA, is a senior executive with capital markets experience, having helped raise over US$650 million in cumulative financings in multiple industries, including natural resources, technology, and finance.
