Skelair International expands contract drilling and blasting team

Skelair International has appointed Mike Kincart as its Shotfire and Explosive Supervisor. This comes shortly after Gary McGuire, former Explosive Supervisor, was promoted to Drill and Blast Manager within Skelair.
Mike Kincart is joining the Skelair team with over 30 years of experience within the quarrying industry. Leaving his previous position at BAM Ritchies as a Senior Blasting Engineer, Mike has extensive understanding of the industry along with a series of awards and memberships from industry bodies.
Undertaking daily duties of surveying, shot firing and supervising explosive activities, Mike’s skills will be unparalleled as the drilling and blast team work on developing new and existing clients.
McGuire commented: “I am very pleased to have Mike Kincart join our contract drilling and blasting team. Having previously worked with Mike in a different role, I know his in depth experience, valiant work ethic and awareness of health and safety will be an asset to Skelair’s development and growth.”
