Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Glencore has declared its share figures.

Glencore notifies the following:

At close of business on 31 October 2018, Glencore’s issued share capital consisted of 14 586 200 066 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each. Each ordinary share carries one voting right except for the 456 425 499 shares which the company held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Glencore at that date was 14 129 774 567.

The above figure of 14 129 774 567 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
