BHP has announced that OZ Minerals Ltd (OZL) shareholders have approved the scheme of arrangement for BHP Lonsdale Investments to acquire 100% of the shares in OZL.

Arafura Rare Earths Ltd has announced the signing of an offtake agreement with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S – the global wind turbine manufacturer.

Noram Lithium has engaged Ausenco Engineering Canada Inc. to lead the Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) of its 100% owned Zeus Lithium Project in Clayton Valley, Nevada.

The pumps are working at an open pit gold mine in Surigao del Norte, in the island province of Caraga, Philippines, enabling the diversion of ground and runoff water.

Gold production of 60 092 oz was mainly driven by contributions of 25 258 oz from the Lindero Mine and 26 437 oz from the Yaramoko Mine.
