Greg Hinshaw retires as CEO of J.H Fletcher & Co; Rod Duncan appointed as successor effective immediately

As part of a planned internal succession, Rod Duncan, previously President, is appointed Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Duncan began as an intern and has worked in practically every area of the business. He will oversee production, strengthen customer and industry partnerships, and ensure the organisation is positioned for long-term growth and competitiveness.

The company also announced two additional internal leadership appointments, also effective immediately:

Ben Hardman, previously Vice President of Sales, is appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO). Hardman will oversee Sales, Service, and Engineering ensuring the consistently company delivers high-quality results for customers.

Julia Fletcher, previously Vice President of Business Strategy, is appointed President. In this expanded role, Fletcher will oversee day-to-day business integration, align cross-functional priorities, and lead enterprise-wide initiatives that support operational performance and sustained growth.
