Jennmar acquires All Tech Engineering

As part of the acquisition, Jennmar has formed an automation division, Jennmar Automation, LLC, which will provide both in-house automation services as well as continued service to ATE's existing external customers.
The addition of ATE brings highly specialised automatic machinery, equipment, and custom engineering expertise to Jennmar, supporting the company's continued efforts to implement automation technologies across its global manufacturing footprint. With ATE, Jennmar is now positioned to deliver more products and solutions, more quickly, to customers in all segments it serves. Jennmar has been an ATE customer for more than five years.
