ICL has also announced a strategic joint venture with Yunnan Yuntianhau, which comprises a 2.5 million t potash mine and major phosphate manufacturing operation.
ICL is to supply a total 700 000 t of potash to clients in China. Delivery of these contracts is anticipated in 2016.
