Altus to vend Moroccan portfolio to Eastinco
Altus Strategies Plc has entered into a sale and purchase agreement and other agreements with Eastinco Mining and Exploration plc to sell the company's 100% owned subsidiary Aterian Resources Ltd to Eastinco.
