RCF announces Managing Director appointment

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (RCF) has announced that C. M. T. Britto has been appointed as the company’s Chairman and Managing Director, following Manoj Mishra’s relinquishing of the role.
Britto currently serves as the company’s Technical Director.
"We would like to inform you that Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers [...] has entrusted the additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director to C M T Britto, Director (Technical), Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers for a period of three months with effect from March 14 or until further orders, whichever is earlier," RCF said in a filing to the BSE.
