Solaris Copper finalises CAN$3.9 million private placement

Solaris Copper Inc. (Solaris) has closed a CAN$3.9 million non-brokered private placement financing (the Private Placement).
Pursuant to the Private Placement, Solaris issued 15 736 000 common shares of the company at a price of CAN$0.25 per common shares for gross proceeds to the company of CAN$3 934 000. No fees or commissions were paid in connection with the Private Placement. The common shares issued pursuant to the Financing are subject to a four month hold expiring on 19 July 2019.
Solaris intends to use the net proceeds of the Private Placement to advance exploration permitting at its mineral claims and for general and working capital purposes.
