NQ Minerals and Traxys Europe sign offtake agreement for Hellyer project

Further to the announcement on 12 November 2018, NQ Minerals Plc (NQ Minerals), a London-listed company with Australia-based exploration and mining assets, has entered into an additional marketing and offtake agreement with Traxys Europe S.A.
The marketing and offtake agreement relates to the sale of all precious metal and pyrite concentrate to be produced from NQ Minerals' Hellyer project located in Tasmania and covers the first 5 years of concentrate production. The agreement includes the facility for pre-payment against concentrate deliveries and provides Hellyer with access to Traxys's extensive global network and experienced marketing and distribution team.
Brian Stockbridge, Non-Executive Chairman of NQ Minerals, commented:"This agreement completes our marketing arrangements for the Hellyer project and reinforces the strong partnership NQ Minerals has developed with Traxys."
