Liebherr USA reveals new Mining Equipment Director

Liebherr USA, Co. has announced the appointment of Shane Kuhlmey as Director of the Mining Equipment Division.
Effective April 2018, Kuhlmey will be responsible for all aspects of the mining division for Liebherr USA, Co. In his role, Kuhlmey will oversee the sales and service groups located in Gillette (Wyoming); Elko (Nevada); and Kearny (Arizona), and will be responsible for the development of sales and pricing strategies for mining products sold in the US. These products include mining trucks, excavators and crawler tractors for open cast mining operations.
“What excites me the most about joining Liebherr is to have the opportunity to further develop partnerships with current and future customers by fielding a team of talented individuals capable of providing profitable solutions,” says Kuhlmey. “We will focus on developing new markets for Liebherr products and services across the US and further expand the capabilities of our facilities.”
