Jennmar acquires Rohrig Heavy Equipment Maintenance

This acquisition will expand the offerings of Jennmar Services (JMS), a Jennmar subsidiary and leading provider of contract labour and customised industrial solutions, including plant maintenance, trucking, excavation, reclamation, water transfer, fabrication and welding, steel erection, concrete services, and operations. JMS provides both underground and surface projects across a range of industries, including construction, oil and gas, mining, and industrial plant operations. As part of the acquisition, JMS will assume Rohrig's existing customer agreements and continue operating existing Rohrig facilities.
