MMIH to acquire new exploration project in Philippines
MMIH has announced that it will be signing a sale and purchase agreement soon with IXWA Investments Ltd to acquire the issued and paid-up share capital of SEMCO Exploration and Mining Corp. (SEMCO) in the Philippines via a share swap.
