Intra Energy announces the resignation of Non-Executive Director

Intra Energy Corporation (ASX:IEC) has advised that Mr Mark McAndrew has resigned from the Board of Directors of IEC due to increasing personal commitments, however Mr McAndrew will continue to provide the necessary mine planning, engineering and management support to the company and the CEO as an independent consultant.
The recent appointments of the two new directors provide the Board with a good balance of legal and financial skills complementing the operational skills already in place with Jim Shedd as CEO. The Board thanks Mr McAndrew for his invaluable contribution to the Ngaka mine operations in Tanzania in his roles as Chief Operating Officer, Acting Chief Executive Officer and Non Executive Director. The Board looks forward to a continuing relationship with Mr McAndrew.
