Starting from September 2020, Symaga will offer silos with stiffeners made with HX500 LAD structural steel with a yield strength of 500 N/mm2, increasing resistance by 45%.
The company’s steel quality improvement project initially focuses on stiffeners, the supports of the silo’s vertical load.
As part of the quality improvement plant, Symaga has also made strides to supply preassembled bolting, giving its customers the opportunity for easier and faster assembly work.
These initiatives comes as a result of the company’s customer’s needs survey towards its design thinking performance improvement.
