MB Crusher to exhibit at Mining Indonesia 2017

Worldwide leader in producing and distributing machines for the fields of quarrying and mining, earthmoving, demolition and recycling, MB Crusher will display at booth, 2430 Hall A, the BF120.4 crusher bucket, suitable for excavators from 30 t and able to reach a productivity of 53 m3/h, and will set up a demonstration area where visitors will have the opportunity to see the machine at work.

MB Crusher emphasises on the increase of productivity in mining applications, such as increased production in gravity plants and on-site processing. The crusher buckets have the capability to add more value to mining operations and already existing tools at the job site.

MB attachments can be very revolutionary for the mining industry and can change the way miners work. They create more versatility in handling a job, such as working in limited access areas where only an excavator can move in, or crushing material immediately to optimise space at the job site and load factors.

There are several companies that are using the MB Crusher attachments in their mines and quarries:

  • In Indonesia, one customer has installed a MB-S23 screening bucket on a Komatsu excavator to clean the alluvial rock from sand, mud, clay, etc. Once cleaned, the screened material will be crushed and used for road maintenance work.
  • In Barhein, the BF90.3 crusher bucket is limestone that will be used as basement for roads construction projects.
  • In a big quarry in the nearby of Paris, France, the BF135.8 crusher bucket is crushing hard rocks of silicon on a Volvo excavator.
