Global Mining Review,

CHLORAL, Algeria's biggest private mining group, will participate in the PDAC Convention, taking place in Toronto, Canada, from 3 – 6 March 2019. This is an unprecedented event for the Canadian show, which will welcome an Algerian exhibitor for the first time since its inception.

The company is exploiting the Biskra site, one of the largest open-pit salt deposits in Africa, and achieving an annual production of 2 million t, or 6000 tpd. The company’s team of geologists will be present at PDAC.

CHLORAL is aiming to expand its field of intervention and complete its offer with new products such as lime and potash. It hopes these development opportunities will attract the interest of investors and developers.
