Haver & Boecker Niagara offers make-and-hold and stocking agreement programmes for screen media and wear parts. The programmes provide mining and aggregates customers options for short lead times, pricing stability and simplified inventory management.

Under the make-and-hold programme, Haver & Boecker Niagara stocks products in quantities and prices agreed upon at the beginning of the year. Product is produced and packaged in the pre-determined quantity so that it can be shipped the same day the order is placed. Once an order is shipped, the product is automatically replenished in preparation for the next time the customer requires it.
A stocking agreement – or blanket order – programme is also available as an alternative for customers interested in a one-time annual agreement. Prices are locked in at the beginning of the year for a predetermined quantity of product. Customers draw on their stock throughout the year as required, and pay per shipment. Stocking agreement shipments are shipped the same day the order is placed.
Both programmes are an opportunity for operations to ensure product availability and price stability, and are particularly beneficial for products that may otherwise have long lead times.
