Global Mining Review,
On 19 March, Weir published its first Gender Pay Gap report.
The UK’s gender pay gap regulations require legal employing entities with 250 or more employees to publish details of their gender pay and bonus gap.
In the report, the company has chosen to publish the consolidated data for its four UK companies, as this more representative of its UK organisation, as well as the gender pay data for the two legal entities with 250 or more employees.
The report also outlines how the company is working to improve diversity within the Group.
More information on the report's findings can be found here.
