Pensana Rare Earths appoints Liberum for ESG matters

London broker Liberum Capital has been appointed as a consultant and joint broker to Pensana Rare Earths, with a particular focus on environment, social and governance (ESG) matters.
Chairman, Paul Atherley, commented: "We are looking to help establish the world's first fully sustainable mine to magnet supply chain for the burgeoning EV and offshore wind industries.
“From the outset we are designing in the very highest standards at both the Longonjo project in Angola and the proposed downstream processing facility in the UK from the outset.
“Liberum is exceptionally well placed to help position us as a highly attractive sustainable investment with huge leverage to these important new industries.”
