Minet Lacing Technology (MLT), a manufacturer of splicing solutions for conveyor belts based in Saint-Chamond France, has updated its brand image.

More than 70 years of expertise established throughout the world. Founded in 1947, the company designs and manufactures products for splicing and repairing conveyor belts. Three production plants are located in France with their own area of expertise:

  • The factory in Saint-Privat-des-Vieux specialises in the manufacture of metal staples, IFS flexible lacings and installation tools.
  • The factory in L'Horme specialises in the manufacture of round-baler belts, the production of vulcanising presses and the manufacture and trading of vulcanising tools.
  • Finally, the factory in Saint-Chamond, where the company's head office is located, specialises in the manufacture of flexible lacing and technical belts.

MLT generates 85% of its sales in more than 120 countries around the world, with eight subsidiaries: USA, Peru, Spain, Germany, South Africa, Australia and soon Morocco and Russia.

In 2017, two of its directors, Frédéric Guillemet and Patrick Véricel acquired 100% of the MLT Group. In October 2018 they brought together all employees to introduce the strategic development guidelines.

The group is now changing its visual identity. The aim is to give the group an international expert dimension and to develop its export presence.
