The expansion positions MaxMine at the forefront of a sector forecast to reach over US$70 billion by 2030.
With more mine operators seeking platforms that combine trusted operational data with real-time insights to improve day-to-day decision-making and site performance, MaxMine’s new fleet management system (FMS) delivers measurable performance improvements without adding operational complexity.
The milestone builds on more than a decade of transforming mining operations for leading global and local natural resources companies, with over 230 incident investigations conducted, more than 580 million t tracked and optimised annually, and over 14 million hours of data analysed to deliver productivity gains, improve mine safety, and enhance sustainability.

MaxMine has also partnered with Swedish-based machine control provider L5 Navigation to deliver Machine Guidance, a high-precision GPS solution that pinpoints a machine’s exact location. This enables customers to accurately determine where to drill and operate diggers, dozers, and wheel loaders using a fully supported GNSS receiver, and visualise maps, surfaces, and blocks in a real-time, synchronised 3D environment.
Machine Guidance will be combined into Pulse, MaxMine’s fleet management layer, providing mining teams with trusted, real-time visibility into fleet location, payload, cycles, production status, and operational performance. Through MaxMine’s Impact offering, this data will be turned into targeted improvement programmes across production, operators, safety, roads, and asset health.
